Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every new organization gets 14 days of the Growth plan for free. Choose a plan before the trial ends to keep your features; otherwise you move to the free plan.
Which file formats can I import?
Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx) and CSV. TrustDesk detects the question and answer columns or table cells, and you confirm the mapping before anything is drafted.
Does TrustDesk make us NIS2 compliant?
No tool can do that on its own. TrustDesk helps you document the measures you have, keep the evidence current and answer customers consistently; whether you meet NIS2 depends on what you actually do.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. You can export or delete your data at any time.
We are an MSP or consultancy. Can we manage clients?
