Accessibility statement

How accessible the TrustDesk website and app are, what we know doesn't work yet, and how to tell us about problems.

Last updated

Obsecure AB wants TrustDesk to be usable by everyone. This statement covers the TrustDesk website (marketing pages in English, Swedish and German, blog and documentation) and the TrustDesk web application. The same platform runs AccessWatch, and the same statement applies there.

Conformance status

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, the level the European Accessibility Act points to through the harmonised standard EN 301 549.

TrustDesk is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: we have not yet completed a full manual audit, so we cannot yet say that every page conforms. [TO CONFIRM: update after the manual audit]

How we test

  • Every change is checked with axe-core against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules in our automated tests, for the marketing pages (in light and dark mode), sign-in and the main application flows.
  • Lighthouse accessibility checks run on the public pages in every release.
  • We use AccessWatch on our own websites. [TO CONFIRM: set up scheduled AccessWatch monitoring of our own sites]
  • We have designed for keyboard use, visible focus, sufficient contrast in light and dark mode, skip links, labelled forms, and pages that work without JavaScript where possible.

Known limitations

  • Manual review: keyboard-only and screen reader walkthroughs of all application flows have not yet been completed.
  • Generated PDFs: policies, reports, statements and certificates generated as PDF may not be fully tagged for screen readers. The same content is available as HTML or Word where noted.
  • Languages: the blog, documentation, legal pages and parts of the application are in English only; links to them from Swedish and German pages are marked as English.
  • Third-party pages: payment and invoices are handled on our payment provider's pages, which we don't control.
  • Customer content: documents and trust pages that customers publish are their responsibility.

Feedback and contact

If you find a barrier, or need content in another format, email accessibility@rongu.app. We aim to reply within [TO CONFIRM: 5 working days].

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the authority responsible for supervising the accessibility of services in your country. In Sweden, [TO CONFIRM: the supervisory authority for the European Accessibility Act for this type of service, e.g. PTS (Post- och telestyrelsen), and how to contact it].
