Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. Prices in EUR excluding VAT; EU businesses with a VAT ID are invoiced with reverse charge.
Questions about pricing
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every new organization gets 14 days of the Growth plan for free. Choose a plan before the trial ends to keep your features; otherwise you move to the free plan.
How is VAT handled?
Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses that add their VAT ID at checkout are invoiced with reverse charge; the right rate is applied for everyone else.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in billing settings; you keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
What counts as a questionnaire?
Each file you import. Re-drafting or editing answers in a questionnaire you already imported doesn't count again.
Do partners get a different price?
Partners can let clients pay us directly, or pay for clients themselves at a wholesale discount. See the partner page for details.
