Publish your trust page
Choose what to show, set up NDA access for confidential documents and publish your trust page on a subdomain or your own domain.
Updated
Your trust page answers common security questions before customers send a questionnaire.
What it shows
- Your security measures grouped by area, with a status badge based on the controls your team confirmed.
- Documents marked public, for anyone to download.
- Documents marked under NDA, listed with a request button.
- Your sub-processors and security contact.
Documents marked internal never appear on the trust page.
Set it up
Open Trust page and choose:
- Address: a slug such as
acmegives youacme.trustdesk.rongu.app. - Headline and overview: one or two sentences about your approach to security.
- Security contact: an email address, and optionally a link to your vulnerability disclosure policy.
- Access to NDA documents: approve requests automatically after the visitor confirms their email and accepts the NDA, or review each request yourself.
Tick Publish the trust page and save.
Use your own domain
Under Settings → Domains, add a domain such as trust.example.com and create the DNS record shown. Once it is verified, a certificate is issued automatically.
See who looked
The access log lists views, requests and downloads, so you can follow up with prospects who read your documents.
